Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Product Data Analytics Senior Manager to lead three analysts within the Product Insights group, guiding data-driven decisions for our core product across sales-driven initiatives. You will partner with the SVP of Product Insights to align analytics with strategic goals and drive product performance.

You will oversee analyses, mentor your team, and collaborate with product directors and engineering to ensure timely, impactful insights that shape the roadmap and customer

Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience managing data analysts or product analysts.
• Bachelor's or higher in business, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Align team focus with product strategy and high-priority topics.
• Direct execution of complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with information systems, data ingestion, engineering, and business teams.
• Develop and mentor three analysts, setting clear OKRs.
• Champion data-driven decision-making across product groups.
