Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned servicer ranking analyst to manage client relationships and engage with executives across functional areas. You will collect and synthesize client data, propose ranking changes, and prepare committee presentations.

You will help ensure timely release of rankings, write rationales and market commentary, and collaborate with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing to maintain accurate databases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in residential or commercial loan servicing, mortgage administration operations, arrears and collections, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or commercial or consumer credit.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a global, multicultural environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Fluent English required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience incorporating AI tools into analysis preferred or helpful.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including RMBS, CMBS, or other ratings teams, preferred or helpful.
• Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage servicer client relationships
• Engage with clients' executives, line managers, and staff across various functional areas
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize client-provided data
• Propose new rankings or recommend changes to existing rankings
• Prepare committee presentations reflecting servicer capabilities compared to peers
• Ensure accurate and timely release of rankings
• Write and publish ranking rationales, press releases, full analyses, market commentaries, and industry reports
• Collaborate with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing functions
• Maintain internal systems and databases supporting the rankings process
• Adhere to internal quality measures and improve operational efficiencies
