Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a Servicer Evaluations professional to manage client relationships and prepare ranking-related committee materials. The role involves data-driven ranking analyses, writing rationales, and coordinating across publishing, operations, and marketing to ensure timely, accurate rankings.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years in loan servicing or related finance areas, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in residential or commercial loan servicing, mortgage administration operations, arrears and collections, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or credit.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across a global environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• English: Fluent (able to conduct meetings, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients' executives, line managers, and staff across various functional areas to drive strategic communication and build lasting relationships.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize client-provided data to propose new rankings or changes to existing rankings, consistent with our analytical approach and industry trends.
• Prepare committee presentations to ensure the accurate and timely release of rankings.
• Publish ranking rationales, full analyses, market commentaries, and industry reports.
• Collaborate with supporting functions — including publishing, operations, communications, and marketing — to ensure the integrity, transparency, and timeliness of rankings.
• Maintain the accuracy of internal systems that support the rankings process and adhere to internal quality measures.
