S&P Global Ratings in London seeks a Servicer Evaluations professional to manage client relationships, prepare committee presentations, and publish ranking analyses for mortgage, loan, and servicing clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, publish rationales and market commentary, and contribute to efficiency initiatives while traveling as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years in residential or commercial loan servicing, mortgage operations, arrears and collections, audit, finance, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills across a global audience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients' executives and staff to drive strategic communication and build relationships.
• Analyze and synthesize client data to propose rankings or changes aligned with market trends.
• Prepare committee presentations ensuring timely release of rankings.
• Publish ranking rationales, analyses, market commentaries, and industry reports.
• Collaborate with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing to ensure integrity and timeliness of rankings.
• Maintain accuracy of internal systems supporting the rankings process.
