Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Client Development professional to strengthen and grow client relationships through planning, relationship mapping and client listening initiatives. You will support proposals, capability statements and client plans, and help deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, data interpretation and the effective use of client development technologies such as CRM systems and listening

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development, client development or client listening role
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and business development technologies (desirable)
• Experience within a legal or wider professional services environment (desirable)
• Knowledge of client feedback and client listening methodologies (desirable)
• Experience creating reports, presentations and data-driven recommendations (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in strengthening and growing client relationships through client planning, relationship mapping, client feedback programmes, gap analysis, marketing campaigns and client intelligence activities
• Assist client teams with proposals, capability statements, client plans and client commitment documents
• Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of client listening programmes
• Act as the primary contact for PMR programme
• Help translate client feedback into meaningful actions and continuous process improvements
• Promote effective use of client development technologies and tools
• Provide training, communications and stakeholder engagement for client development technologies
• Analyse client and prospect data and produce dashboards, reports and presentations with actionable insights and recommendations
