Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in loan servicing, loan administration, CRE finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of CRE loan documentation and servicing processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets across multiple systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage servicing and administration of CRE loan portfolio across UK and Europe.
• Coordinate and review work of junior team members; assist training and best practices.
• Monitor loan performance; escalate risks to Asset Managers and stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and setup of new loan transactions in servicing systems.
• Maintain integrity of loan records, servicing systems, and documents.
