Job summary

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead post-delivery aircraft interior modifications. You will own the delivery schedule, manage budgets and drive risk mitigation across engineering, airworthiness and logistics teams.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure milestones are met, lead major reviews (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) and translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex aerospace modification programmes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver on schedule and budget under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for worldwide airline customers and program owner from award to delivery.
• Direct cross functional teams across engineering, procurement and operations to meet milestones.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues and opportunities to protect performance.
• Lead major milestone reviews with customers (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) and document outcomes.
• Ensure alignment of customer requirements with engineering and supplier activities.
• Provide regular status updates, schedules, and risk analyses to senior management.
• Manage change requests and support cost and schedule impact analyses.
• Support proposal development and invoicing processes as required.
