Job summary

You will manage the program across schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations, coordinating with engineering, airworthiness, and logistics teams in a global service context.

The role supports hybrid work from Frimley or Dublin, with travel up to 50% likely.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
• Experience with aircraft modification / integration projects.
• Work within an Engineering environment, ideally in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery schedule, quality standards, and financial controls from award to final delivery.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities to protect or improve performance.
• Lead internal program teams to execute the program requirements.
• Coordinate major milestone meetings with the customer and compile minutes and action plans.
• Communicate program status, financial viability and key issues to senior management.
• Manage customer change requests and support proposals for schedule and cost impact.
