Job summary

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited is seeking a Senior Manager & Chief Projects Engineer for Connectivity to lead the end-to-end delivery of modification programmes across CME from award to certification and entry into service.

The role requires driving engineering capacity, managing technical risk, and coordinating with regulatory authorities to ensure airworthiness while delivering with schedule discipline, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in aerospace engineering with modification/mro experience.
• Proven leadership of engineers in an IPT or programme context with schedule/budget accountability.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to secure resources across functions and resolve gaps.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time and on-budget delivery of Connectivity modification programmes across CME.
• Lead the Connectivity Engineering IPT and manage design and certification milestones.
• Apply hybrid agile/waterfall strategy and ensure technical readiness precedes downstream work.
• Maintain engineering baselines and configuration integrity from concept to certification.
• Escalate risks with clear mitigation and ensure traceability to airworthiness requirements.
