Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited seeks a Senior Manager & Chief Projects Engineer for Connectivity. You will lead the Connectivity IPT to deliver modification programmes from award through certification, balancing cost, schedule and airworthiness across CME suites.

You will partner with functional leaders to align resources, manage risk, and drive performance metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction in a matrix environment.

Formación

• Significant experience in aerospace engineering, with commercial aircraft modification/MRO/OEM exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership of Project Engineers/Manufacturing Engineers in IPT or programme context.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to secure resource across functions and drive cross-functional delivery.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 21J design organisation requirements and airworthiness processes.
• Experience managing technical risk with structured RIO registers and corrective actions.
• Degree-level qualification in aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Own on-time and on-budget delivery of Connectivity modification programmes across the CME portfolio.
• Lead the Connectivity Engineering IPT and manage design/Certification maturity milestones.
• Plan and manage capacity by coordinating with functional leaders and identifying gaps early.
• Own the technical risk/issue register and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure certification work complies with EASA Part 21J and related requirements.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and regulators; report programme performance to leadership.
• Lead a team of Project and Manufacturing Engineers embedded within the Connectivity IPT.
