Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to oversee post-delivery modification of aircraft interiors for global airline partners. You will coordinate with Engineering, Airworthiness and Logistics to manage schedule, budget and scope, leading internal teams and major customer milestones across Frimley or Dublin with hybrid working options.

Applicants should have extensive experience in aerospace project management, preferably in modification/integration programs, and be capable of handling

Qualifications

• Senior Programme Manager experience in aerospace or MRO environments
• Experience managing post-delivery aircraft modification projects
• Stakeholder management across Engineering, Airworthiness and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for airline customers worldwide
• Own delivery schedule, quality standards and financial controls from award to final delivery
• Identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities to protect performance
• Lead internal teams to execute program requirements
• Coordinate activities to ensure tasks progress with program requirements
• Lead major milestone meetings with customers and document outcomes
• Translate customer expectations to Engineering and ensure alignment
• Provide weekly status updates, milestone schedules and risk analyses
• Communicate program status and financial viability to senior management
• Manage customer change requests and support proposals for schedule and cost impact
• Initiate invoicing of project payments and follow-up as required
• Support proposal creation in response to RFPs and proficient in MS Office/MS Project
• Prefer prior aircraft modification/integration project experience
• Work within an engineering environment in the aerospace industry
