Job summary

The Boeing Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Programme Manager to lead aerospace connectivity projects and manage airline customer relationships. You will own delivery from award to final handover, overseeing schedules, quality, and financials, while mitigating risks and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong independence, a proactive mindset and several years of aerospace experience, with preference for DOA/aircraft modification exposure and PM

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aerospace/aviation experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for airline customers worldwide.
• Own programme delivery from project award through final delivery, including schedule, quality standards and financial controls.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities to protect or improve performance.
• Lead internal programme teams in executing requirements.
• Coordinate activities to ensure tasks progress on schedule.
• Lead customer milestone meetings and document outcomes.
• Communicate expectations to Engineering for alignment.
• Provide weekly status updates and risk analyses.
• Inform senior management of status and key issues.
• Manage change requests and support proposals with schedule/cost impacts.
• Initiate invoicing and follow up on payments.
