Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal people management experience is required.
• Operations experience in a maintenance/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of aircraft type or components via Part 147 training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion and certification to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Ensure availability of a safe working environment, tools, equipment and materials for tasks.
• Develop a production planning system appropriate to maintenance scope and complexity.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality and regulatory procedures.
