Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation seeks a Sr Service Center Operations Manager in Farnborough to lead 24x7 maintenance operations for the EMEA region. You will report to the Service Center Director and oversee daily aircraft maintenance activities, tooling, and data integrity while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across shifts.

The role requires management experience in an aircraft maintenance setting, knowledge of aviation maintenance practices, and the ability to coordinate multiple

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading maintenance/operational teams in an aviation environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in aerospace.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-shift operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion, certification and quality to regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper tools, equipment and data.
• Ensure availability of competent personnel to plan, perform, supervise and certify tasks.
• Maintain maintenance data accuracy and documentation flow.
• Develop training programs aligned with department and site needs.
• Address safety and quality deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Implement production planning to match maintenance scope and capacity.
• Identify and report inaccurate or ambiguous procedures or data.
