Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Farnborough seeks a SC Customer Coordinator to provide customer and administrative support for aircraft inputs. You will ensure pre-planning issues are addressed, customer expectations are exceeded, and invoicing and payments are managed.

The role requires experience in customer-focused environments, strong coordination with Service Team Managers, and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure maintenance-related issues are logged to inform personnel of constraints with aircraft/work in progress.
• Attend pre-input meetings with customers or their representatives to discuss scheduled maintenance inputs and progress.
• Attend aircraft post-maintenance efficiency meetings to identify improvements affecting profit, policies, and follow-up actions.
• Obtain signed work authorisation for all aircraft inputs.
• Address constraints proactively to resolve issues before aircraft input date.
• Review quotes/proposals for parts availability, cost pricing and margin targets.
• Coordinate work-change-request processes to define accurate work scope.
• Analyse scope against aircraft downtime and liaise with STM to identify issues.
• Communicate material and outside services concerns to the STM.
• Coordinate customer maintenance requirements with STM to ensure competitive downtime and efficient use of resources.
• Schedule and chair pre-arrival meetings and communicate pending issues; assign duties.
• Coordinate warranty and Extended Gulfstream Maintenance Plan approvals.
• Meet maintenance teams on arrival and manage administration for inputs.
• Coordinate milestones for maintenance input with STM and plan updates.
