Job summary

ACC Aviation, a global, employee-owned aviation business, is seeking a commercially driven Charter Broker to join our Reigate team. You will manage your own pipeline, develop new business and build a growing client portfolio, supported by ACC Aviation's network and experienced team.

This sales-focused role offers an uncapped commission, a competitive salary, and opportunities for international travel, career progression, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in air charter brokerage or similar.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Commercially minded and results-driven.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via outbound sales, networking and relationship building.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients.
• Manage pipeline and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Oversee the charter process from initial enquiry to flight completion.
• Negotiate charter solutions to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Provide a first-class client experience that builds trust.
