Qualifications

• Top-tier consulting background with at least 2 years at Engagement Manager level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to own numbers (revenue, margin, cost) in short, high-stakes cycles.
• Strong exec communication and boardroom presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, size and prioritise trapped value in client data and workflows.
• Build business cases and convert opportunities into a clear roadmap for the AI platform.
• Lead commercial conversations with C-level leaders and manage key accounts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence platform roadmap.
• Drive change management to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
