Job summary

BrainStation seeks a Senior Strategist, Enterprise to lead AI-driven transformation for global clients in London and beyond. You will shape engagements, guide C-suite conversations, and translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps.

You will own discovery, design target-state capabilities, and coordinate across AI, product, marketing, design and data teams. This role requires deep strategic thinking, strong executive presence, and willingness to travel for client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex business problems independently and develop a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with a track record of advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital technology, and transformation of operating models.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person work; hybrid model with 4+ days in the office.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to drive enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Act as trusted advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and day-to-day relationship management across engagements.
• Develop deep understanding of client business models, digital operating context, and competitive pressures to identify new capabilities.
• Lead discovery and current-state assessments; design target-state capabilities and change roadmap.
• Develop and present advisory viewpoints on digital and AI innovation, including impact on products and customer experiences.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions that produce decisions and momentum.
• Own the quality of proposals, presentations, business cases, and engagement documentation for senior client audiences.
• Contribute to BrainStation's AI/digital thought leadership through events and client conversations.
