Job summary

Crossing Hurdles, a global recruitment firm partnering with AI startups, is seeking a Transformation Strategist to lead enterprise transformation programs for retail and consumer goods clients.

Based remotely in the UK with frequent travel to client sites across Europe, you will work with C-level and board stakeholders to translate AI platform capabilities into measurable income statement impact, building business cases and steering cross-functional deployment teams toward company-wide ROI.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting or deployment strategy roles serving retail/CPG
• Experience working with C-level and board stakeholders to link AI capabilities to financial impact
• Proven ability to own transformation roadmaps end to end and drive ROI through AI adoption

Responsibilities

• Own the customer transformation roadmap and drive measurable outcomes for retail/CPG clients
• Engage with C-level and board to connect AI capabilities to income statement impact
• Lead cross-functional deployment teams to execute pilots and scale to enterprise-wide rollouts
• Build business cases, run steering committees, and present proof packs to executives
• Drive expansion within accounts by delivering ROI and scaling pilots

What will you be doing?

• Owning the customer transformation roadmap and driving measurable business outcomes for retail/CPG enterprise clients
• Working at C-level and board level to connect company's AI platform capabilities to income statement impact
• Assembling and managing teams of Forward Deployed Engineers for each customer project
• Building business cases, running steering committees, and presenting proof packs to executive stakeholders
• Driving expansion within accounts - turning pilots into company-wide rollouts through demonstrated ROI
