Job summary

ICS.AI Limited is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive a major local government-focused programme using PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM. You will coordinate delivery teams, manage governance, and maintain client relationships while delivering GenAI solutions across web, phone and email channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a PMO role.
• PRINCE2 Foundation (PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation desirable).
• Strong understanding of PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience implementing software solutions, ideally in local government or public sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams within a Programme environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with experience in internal and external stakeholder management.
• Experience in risk management, conflict resolution, and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact with major clients during project delivery and represent the company on Project Steering Groups.
• Manage all elements of the PRINCE2 Agile project management lifecycle for AI transformation programmes.
• Coordinate technical implementation teams for projects across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage project budgets, resourcing, risk management and stakeholder engagement across multiple council departments.
• Provide client communications and reporting, including regular highlight reports and project status updates.
• Ensure accountability for project quality through test plans, governance reviews and risk management.
• Create and maintain project documentation including PID, Project Plans, RAID Logs, Change Trackers.
• Deliver Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Benefits Realisation, BI and Renewal management.
• Effective resource planning to maximize billable resource allocation.
• Provide consultancy and gather solution requirements from stakeholders.
• Support PMO continuous improvement initiatives.
