Softweb Resourcing is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for an AI tools focus in Cambridge with a hybrid work setup. You will help thousands of engineers at leading tech companies maximize value from pioneering AI tech, driving happiness, retention, and growth across a global customer base.

You’ll work hands-on with engineers, directly shaping the CS function and collaborating across teams, with travel to Asia/USA/Europe as part of global engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager and working alongside technical stakeholders i.e. Software Engineers.
• Confidence working with software products and technical end-users
• Empathy, resilience, and a genuine focus on helping customers win
• Great at building relationships and making things happen
