The Customer Success Manager role in London is hybrid, three days in the office, and focuses on building, optimising, and scaling customer workflows with AI capabilities. You will act as a trusted technical advisor and drive adoption across enterprise accounts.

You will lead AI-enabled deployments, governance, value demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure renewals and ARR growth for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing SaaS roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring software solutions for clients, incl. AI features.
• Ability to lead governance initiatives and platform audits to drive adoption.
• Experience engaging in strategic technical conversations with senior stakeholders (C-suite).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Help customers build, optimise and scale workflows on the monday.com platform.
• Lead AI-enabled deployments and governance initiatives for customer workstreams.
• Demonstrate value and ROI of AI capabilities to customer executives.
• Drive retention, renewals, and ARR growth across your book.
