Lendable is hiring two Senior Quality Engineers to establish a Quality Engineering department alongside a new Head of Quality. You will focus on automation, AI-assisted testing, and building scalable testing frameworks, collaborating with software engineers, product and design.

Formación

• 5+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience in scaled engineering with multiple teams.
• Hands-on coding in test frameworks and CI pipelines.
• API and contract testing, test data strategy.
• Experience setting up and driving Service Level Objectives.
• Native AI-assisted working style and applying AI in testing.

Responsabilidades

• Enable teams to keep the quality bar high across products.
• Bring AI testing into the SDLC and accelerate test authoring.
• Build reliable end-to-end automation and reduce flaky tests.
• Prevent defects by shifting left and surfacing risk early.
