You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, reduce flaky tests, and push for shift-left quality across our fintech platform. You’ll contribute hands-on coding for test frameworks and CI tooling, shaping the company’s automated quality story as we grow in the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience in scaled engineering with multiple teams driving quality improvements.
• Hands-on coding experience in test code, frameworks, CI pipelines and helper scripts.
• API and contract testing experience with test data strategy.
• Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Proactive, low-ego communicator able to chase blockers and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams to keep the quality bar high.
• Define and evolve the pragmatic test pyramid for our products.
• Make coverage, reliability, and speed trade-offs across products.
• Devise performance benchmarks to prevent regressions.
• Bring AI testing into the SDLC and build AI agents to speed up testing.
• Build reliable E2E automation and reduce flaky tests.
• Partner with product and engineering on shift-left quality and clear acceptance criteria.
