Job summary

Lendable is hiring two Senior Quality Engineers to set up a Quality Engineering department and collaborate with a new Head of Quality. This automation-first role centers on writing code for AI agents, test frameworks, CI tooling, and hands-on collaboration with software engineers, product and design.

You will champion shift-left quality, define the test pyramid, and build reliable E2E automation while leveraging Datadog, Sentry and Grafana to surface coverage gaps and track impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality engineering or test automation
• Hands-on coding experience with test code, frameworks and CI pipelines
• Experience with API and contract testing
• Proven ability to improve quality across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the test pyramid for our products
• Build AI-assisted testing within the SDLC
• Develop reliable E2E automation and test environments
• Drive defect prevention and shift-left quality practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality processes
