Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to lead mobile test strategy and AI-assisted automation for our React Native app, Zable. You will craft a pragmatic test pyramid, build scalable E2E suites, and integrate tests into GitHub Actions to enable fast, reliable releases.

You’ll work with product and engineering to push quality left, reduce flakiness, and drive test data, reporting, and observability improvements across the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted testing practices with controls.
• Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Comfortable with mobile E2E automation or strong experience on another platform.
• Able to drive improvements end-to-end (frameworks, CI, test data, reporting).
• Hands-on experience testing React Native apps.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile test strategy and evolve the test pyramid for React Native.
• Build reliable mobile E2E automation suites and integrate into CI.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to speed up test authoring, failure clustering, and coverage insights.
• Prevent defects by shift-left collaboration with product and engineering and by analyzing production issues.
