Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead strategy and execution of automated testing across data-centric applications using Angular/React-based front ends and backend services. You will drive AI-assisted quality practices and establish governance for release readiness.

The role requires hands-on automation expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with data engineering, product and software teams to improve reliability and data integrity

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in automation across UI, API and data testing.
• Proven ability to lead QA strategy and governance for large teams.
• Strong coding skills in Python and test automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define QA vision, roadmaps and governance across product streams.
• Lead automation, AI-assisted testing and data quality initiatives.
• Build enterprise-scale automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure data integrity for data-intensive financial platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to reduce risk.
