Job summary

Liaison Group is seeking a Senior Tester (AI) to lead testing for our AI-powered products. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure robust, reliable AI solutions with excellent user experience.

You will drive both manual and automated testing, champion best practices including test-driven development, and help embed quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience testing non-deterministic AI systems using statistical methods and datasets.
• Experience testing Generative AI or Copilot solutions.
• Knowledge of AI security testing and red-teaming practices (e.g., OWASP LLM Top 10).
• Familiarity with AI failure modes: hallucination, grounding issues, prompt injection.
• Web-based software and API testing experience.
• Experience in health tech / NHS data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automated testing activities for AI products.
• Add/test scripts and maintain automated test framework.
• Plan test scope with stakeholders and derive test cases.
• Manage regression, ad hoc and re-tests across releases.
• Review test conditions and data for all test phases.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to refine stories.
