Job summary

doxy.me is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own quality strategy across a telemedicine platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape acceptance criteria, drive test plans, and lead automated testing initiatives in a remote-first environment with London as a regional hub.

You will build scalable QA tooling, extend shared libraries and AI-assisted testing capabilities, and translate incident data into systemic fixes that improve stability and time-to-detect for users

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the surface you test and its integration points.
• Judgement across unit vs integration vs E2E risk layers.
• Experience building or extending shared test libraries, frameworks, or CI tooling.
• Comfort using AI-assisted testing tools for real work and aware of current tooling limits.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders with delivery data (stability, change-failure rate, escapes).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end quality strategy in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Build tooling to scale quality across teams with shared libraries and AI-assisted testing infrastructure.
• Turn bug and incident data into systemic fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Coach developers on tests at PR time and drive automation in parallel with delivery.
• Engage with product early to shape acceptance criteria with a risk lens.
• Report outcomes in terms of stability and time-to-detect, not activity.
• Advance AI-native tooling within the team.
