Job summary

Foundation Health is building an AI-native operating system for pharmacy. This role is to establish and lead the QA function in the UK, owning strategy, tooling, and standards for testing AI-led features and agentic workflows.

You will write Playwright/TypeScript tests, perform manual testing, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure quality is designed-in. Relocation support is available and equity is offered as part of Series A.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a QA function from the ground up.
• Proven ability to test AI-led products and justify non-deterministic behaviours.
• Comfort with both automated and manual testing, including UAT.

Responsibilities

• Build out the QA function (strategy, process, tooling, standards) in the UK.
• Own testing of AI-led features, including agentic workflows and LLM outputs.
• Write Playwright tests in TypeScript and perform regression and UAT as needed.
• Work with Engineering and Product to embed quality throughout the development cycle.
• Assist in hiring and growing the QA team as the company scales.
