Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is partnering with a major retail bank to recruit a Senior Tester for AI-enabled testing and QA. The role blends hands-on testing, test automation and risk assessment across critical applications, with AI-driven testing capabilities.

Hybrid London: 2-3 days on site per week. You will maintain test coverage, validate AI-generated test suites, investigate failures and support release sign-off, collaborating with AI developers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Senior Software Testing roles.
• Risk-based testing and release assurance experience.
• Hands‑on API, integration and UI testing.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support testing service transitions and knowledge transfer.
• Assess application risk and validate AI-generated test suites.
• Maintain test coverage across APIs, integrations, UI and end‑to‑end journeys.
• Investigate test failures, identify defects and resolve flaky tests.
• Provide test evidence and support release sign‑off.
• Work with AI developers to build and deploy AI-driven testing agents.
