Job summary

Social Discovery Group in the UK is hiring a Lead QA Engineer (AI Native) to own the testing strategy for a large AI-driven product. You will join a small senior team and shape end-to-end quality, focusing on high reliability and real-money features.

This is a remote, individual contributor role with heavy use of AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to design, implement and maintain tests, gates and CI/CD integrations. Fluent Russian is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability.
• Strong engineering background: system architecture, backend services, CI/CD deployment.
• Hands-on test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• High autonomy and ownership; loosely defined problems to completion.
• Willingness to be a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.
• Fluent Russian

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents.
• Define quality strategy for AI-generated code and coverage.
• Own product reliability, focusing on financial flows.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to balance speed and safety.
• Use AI agents daily to create and evolve tests.
• Drive quality initiatives and share best practices.
