Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ML/AI model development background.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or C#.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Experience using AI coding assistants with proper engineering controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and lead design and implementation of AI use cases.
• Lead a team of IT professionals and coordinate with external providers.
• Manage full lifecycle of AI solutions from development to deployment and integration.
