Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and software development.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience leveraging AI code-writing assistants with engineering controls.
• Proven project and program management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of advanced AI/ML use cases across the firm.
• Manage and motivate a team of IT professionals and direct external third-party providers.
• Oversee full AI lifecycle: development, validation, deployment, and integration.
• Maintain relationships with fee earners and business teams to drive technical strategy.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture & Technology Platforms leadership on AI strategy.
• Act as focal point for driving AI strategy and provide guidance to other teams.
• Performance management of AI Engineering and HR alignment.
• Facilitate provider reviews, drive innovation, and remediation activities.
• Own budget and benefits delivery for AI solutions; demonstrate business value.
• Pursue continuous improvement in AI strategy and scalable architecture.
