Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build and operate the infrastructure that runs enterprise AI workloads across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments. You’ll work within the AI & GenAI Platform Engineering group to enable scalable, secure and observable AI systems.

You will lead architecture reviews, drive MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, and collaborate with clients to shape transformative technology strategies while mentoring colleagues and expanding your own skills.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AI/GenAI platform engineering and related tooling.
• Experience designing and operating AI workloads at scale.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a client-facing consultancy context.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI platform infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using IaC, GitOps and CI/CD.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and client briefings; mentor teammates.
