Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI engineer to design, build, and operationalise enterprise-scale AI and GenAI systems. The role bridges prototypes to production, ensuring scalable, safe, and business-valued AI solutions across Azure, GCP and AWS.

You will work with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate requirements into technical blueprints and steer multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale from concept to production.
• Experience with cloud-native data and AI architectures across Azure, GCP, AWS and/or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI — RAG pipelines and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and implementing robust MLOps framework, governance and best practices.
• Designing end-to-end AI/ML systems from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Delivering GenAI solutions across Azure, GCP or AWS.
• Translating AI use case requirements into data and AI architectures.
• Architecting Generative AI solutions including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Embedding safety, evaluation, and assurance across the AI lifecycle.
• Guiding multi-disciplinary teams to execute blueprints.
• Collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive business value.
