Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an AI Platform & Site Reliability Engineering Managing Consultant to help clients design, build and scale secure, reliable AI platforms. You will lead platform engineering, SRE, observability and guardrails, moving AI from experimentation to enterprise-scale delivery.

You will partner with CIO/CTO stakeholders, shape platform strategies, and guide multidisciplinary delivery teams, balancing reliability, innovation and cost in a global-capability context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, delivering and operating cloud-native platform engineering and SRE solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AI platform architectures including LLMOps and MLOps, plus model lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing and scaling SRE practices with observability, SLIs/SLOs and incident management.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI and model risk management.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary transformation programmes.
• Experience across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI platform capabilities, including model deployment pipelines and AI observability.
• Define and implement platform governance, guardrails and reliability practices for AI services.
• Lead client advisory work and drive transformation programs across engineering, operations and business leaders.
• Advise on vendor selections, propositions and growth opportunities in AI platform engineering.
• Guide teams to balance reliability, speed and cost in production-grade AI services.
