Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and drive the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will bridge Business, Product, Engineering, Data, and Security to accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise, with a hybrid working model blending Capgemini offices, client sites, and remote work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technology Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Enterprise AI, Data, or Solution Architecture experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI and GenAI platforms.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Semantic Search, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases.
• Experience implementing AI solutions on major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Enterprise AI Architecture Strategy and Roadmap for the client.
• Develop target-state AI and Intelligent Data Platform architectures aligned to business strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI solutions and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Lead design and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across enterprise.
• Create MCP-based integration patterns and establish standards for prompts, context, and observability.
