Job summary

Capgemini Invent is recruiting an AI Platform Engineer Senior Consultant to design, build and operate infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. You will work across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, leading client workshops and architecture reviews while delivering scalable, observable AI platforms.

You will contribute to governance, cost attribution, and lifecycle management, leveraging IaC, GitOps, and CI/CD to enable rapid model deployment and governance across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Active SC (Security Check) clearance or eligible and willing to obtain.
• Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI platform engineering with depth in platform components.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, cloud-native services, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and executive briefings for client engagements.
• Architect and deploy AI-ready infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Build and operate core AI platform components: model serving, gateway infrastructure, and guardrail layers.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines (deployment, monitoring, retraining, tuning) using IaC, GitOps, CI/CD.
