Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI and GenAI systems. You will bridge prototypes to production, embedding data and AI solutions with robust guardrails and governance across cloud environments.

You will lead end-to-end AI/ML workflows, implement latest frameworks, and collaborate with product managers to deliver measurable business value while aligning with Capgemini's data and AI innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing MLOps strategy and framework at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI, including RAG pipelines and orchestration.
• Proficiency with cloud-native AI architectures on Azure, GCP, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML systems from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Implement GenAI solutions with guardrails for ethics and safety.
• Translate business needs into technical blueprints and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to deliver business value.
