Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate, Data Science to design and deliver AI and analytics solutions that scale across the enterprise. You will partner with Product, Engineering and business lines to turn ideas into resilient, measurable impact within Risk Management and Compliance.

You will explore, pilot, and implement AI solutions, build scalable internal tools, and contribute to a culture of experimentation and operational excellence, delivering value through embedded workflows and model

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience deploying, operationalizing, and managing AI/ML models in a large-scale enterprise.
• Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable data processing pipelines.
• Proficiency with Python-based machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement explainable AI/ML solutions and multi-agent systems.
• Develop production-grade code with secure, maintainable processes and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define goals.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions align with Responsible AI standards and bias testing.
• Deliver projects using Agile methodologies and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Integrate solutions into operations via APIs and batch pipelines, focusing on reliability.
• Implement drift monitoring and model retraining to maintain accuracy.
