Qualifications

• Experience deploying, operationalizing, and managing AI/ML models in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Python-based ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks and agent design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement explainable AI/ML solutions and multi-agent systems, including orchestration layers and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Develop production-grade solutions with secure, maintainable code, reviews, debugging, and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with data science peers, product partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define goals and requirements.
• Partner with Model Risk and Compliance to ensure Responsible AI standards including model docs, bias testing, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Deliver projects using Agile and sprint methodologies, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate solutions into operational workflows with engineering on APIs, batch pipelines, deployment patterns, reliability, and user adoption.
• Implement drift monitoring and model retraining to maintain accuracy and performance.
