Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (AI/Data Science/CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics).
• Experience developing and deploying ML/AI solutions.
• Working knowledge of large language models, agentic frameworks, or generative AI.
• Experience with statistical analysis, experiments, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science tooling used in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions addressing workforce and business challenges.
• Conduct statistical analyses, experiments, and model evaluations to generate insights.
• Contribute to model factories and evaluation frameworks to improve quality and scalability.
• Apply agentic, specification-driven, and evaluation-driven development approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Work with technology teams to build scalable, secure analytics and AI products.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve controls, and enhance employee experiences.
• Support adoption of reusable methodologies, tools, and vendor capabilities.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure adherence to risk, control, and governance requirements.
