Job summary

Lenovo seeks a senior AI infrastructure leader in the UK to drive scalable AI workloads across compute, storage and networking. You will mentor engineers, shape platform strategy, and own deployment pipelines for AI models at scale.

Expertise in Python and systems languages, Linux, cloud architectures, and observability stacks is required. You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to advance AI initiatives with cost and security in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in software/infrastructure engineering or related
• 4+ years focused on AI/ML infra
• Experience leading engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term AI infrastructure strategy.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and management of AI models at scale.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and leadership.
