Lenovo LATC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and governance of large-scale AI infrastructure across the organization. You will mentor engineers, set standards, and drive best practices for production-grade reliability and security.

You will architect compute and storage, guide CI/CD for AI model lifecycles, and partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and leadership to align capabilities with research and business goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software and infrastructure engineering.
• Leadership of engineering teams on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term infrastructure strategy and architect scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and enforce engineering standards.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI software and model training.
