Job summary

Zego in London is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead Growth. You will own a growth domain, define its quarterly strategy, identify the levers that matter, and run a high-velocity programme of experiments to drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate with Pricing and Marketing, shape propositions, and build AI-enabled workflows from test variants to funnel analysis, while guiding stakeholders through ceremonies and planning.

Qualifications

• Growth product ownership experience in a high-growth consumer environment.
• Hands-on, high-volume A/B testing with solid experiment design and stats.
• Ability to diagnose and fix funnel drop-offs end-to-end.
• Fluency with data tools like Amplitude, Looker or Snowflake, and growth vs profitable growth.
• Technical literacy and collaboration with engineers on APIs and service design.
• Experience in regulated environments like insurance or fintech preferred.
• AI-first mindset with daily engagement and ownership of rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Define domain quarterly strategy and goals and contribute to longer-term growth plans.
• Identify the biggest growth levers by diagnosing where users drop off.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine with a prioritized backlog.
• Design journeys from first touch to purchase, renewal and referral.
• Shape commercial levers with Pricing and Marketing, including propositions and packaging.
• Drive profitable growth with unit-economics-focused business cases.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows for the domain, from test variants to funnel analysis.
• Lead ceremonies with senior stakeholders and plan big-room events.
