Job summary

Zego in London is hiring a senior leader to tackle high-impact AI projects across tech, product, marketing and finance. You will take on cross-functional programs that shape investments, product lines and workflows, building AI systems that reduce manual work and unlock new value for the business.

You will work directly with the Deputy CEO and leaders across the company, turning complex data into clear narratives for executives and investors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact AI or data projects.
• Ability to build and communicate models and workflows that reduce manual work.
• Experience working in fast-growing environments (startup/scale-up) with rapid decision-making.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite.
• Ownership mindset with ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI-first approaches.

Responsibilities

• Tackle whole problems end-to-end: scope, plan, gain buy-in, deliver, and hand over or lead.
• Make data-driven decisions and defend them to leadership.
• Design and build AI systems and workflows across content, analysis, operations or reporting.
• Craft company-wide narratives and investor materials from complex business reality.
