The role is based in central London with a hybrid setup to balance collaboration and focus time. We value proactive talent pipelines, data-driven decision making, and a bias for action in a fast-growing AI-driven insurance company.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product teams.
• Previous work in start-up or scale-up environments with fast pace.
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines and own the process end-to-end.
• Numerate, analytical, and metric-focused to track recruitment success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with function leaders to define hiring requirements and shortlist candidates.
• Own full recruitment cycle: qualification, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection, and closing.
• Deliver a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Monitor and report key recruitment metrics regularly.
