Job summary

Zego in London is seeking a fast‑moving, AI‑minded leader to tackle high‑impact problems across product, operations and finance. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives—from new product launches to building AI workflows that replace manual processes—delivering clear outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing and the Board, turning complex business reality into concise, compelling narratives and updates.

Responsibilities

• Whole problems, not work-streams. You take something ambiguous, scope it, build the plan, win the buy‑in, deliver it, then either hand it over or run it.
• Decisions worth making. You'll use quantitative and qualitative evidence to work out what's really going on, then make the call and defend it in front of the leadership team.
• AI that does real work. You'll design and build AI systems and workflows that take work off people's plates, in content, analysis, operations or reporting.
• The narrative. Company wide updates, investor material, Board packs. You'll turn complicated business reality into something a smart outsider can follow in ten minutes.
