Job summary

Zego is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy across Personal Car products, markets and customer segments. You will own complex pricing decisions end to end, balancing growth, profitability and customer value while aligning with wider commercial objectives.

Operating at senior level, you will partner with leadership, influence company-wide decisions and scale pricing capability as Zego expands in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Owned work from data through to deployment with high-volume data.
• Advanced analytical capability with data-driven insights and metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive-level decisions.
• Autonomy in pricing frameworks, governance, or operating models.
• People leadership or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategy to support growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Own end-to-end pricing for a portfolio from design to launch, monitoring and optimisation.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries and major commercial changes.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies and performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven commercial insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader, driving pricing maturity and innovation across the organisation.
• Mentor pricing team members and build high-performance capability.
